yeah, most internet companies are a bit rubbish with returns etc.

SVP communications and UKDVDR are fantastic though, i'd recommend them to anyone here wanting to buy blanks. Great guys, both of them.

Generally though, if you want service you need to go to a local indie shop, but then the selection's rubbish, and the prices aren't all that great either. Depends what you're after, service or VFM. Bear in mind that a small percentage of stuff needs RMA'd though. You're better off buying off the web, even if there is the potential of hassle.
