Yup Movie Factory 3 is also good. However, be aware that this is primarily a DVD Authoring Package, and therfore the editing functions are fairly limited. Incidentally it is £25.49 on Amazon (Incl Delivery).

If some basic editing requirements are your priority then Video Studio would be better as this offers editing and DVD Authoring (£39.99 on Amazon).
