Not familiar with the particular PC but as a general rule, if you want a PC for a particular purpose (video editing in this case) then you will get a better product by building it yourself, and choosing the components you want.

Having said that, as long as it has certain components, i.e. firewire, decent hard drive, then it will do the job.

I'm currently editing on my Athlon 1800+ system that is now two and a half years old. OK, so I loaded it up at the time but it's still a very modest spec by today's standards.
