Help, My friend has a Panasonic video camera and cannot transfer the film onto the pc. (she uses ME) I have tried on my computer using XP. But when it has downloaded it seems that it has missed out frames, yet the sound is perfect. We have been using a USB. Do we need a Firewire? If so, what is it? And how does it connect? Thanks.
