Default Panasonic PV-GS150 Camcorder ~ Shooting Problems

Hi Guys,
I’m using a Panasonic PV-GS150 Camcorder.
After looking at my ‘footage’ :

1) Why the images on my LCD look, in term of light, OK but looking at the same footage on a TV screen (connected to my Camera) they look much much darker ?
(I was freeking out when I saw it)

2) There seem to be an ‘adjustement period’ moving betwen different areas with different lightning. For example, if I’m shooting outdoor in an area with a lot of light and then going into a more shady/darker area, then looking at my footage afterwords, there are a few secounds where the camera ‘adjust to the new lights’ is there anything I can do to make the transition seamless ?

Thank you so much for your time. Any help or refering to other resources will be very helpful.

Be well,
~ Grace
