A decent free software where i can edit clips cut clips and burn them to vcd, i have a .vob file which i wish to edit cut some scenes and burn them to vcd format.

Also in my other thread i said i require titles at the start like some pictures or some text soething thats capable of doing that.

Im pretty amatuer in this, sorry if i asking stupid questions
