Can anyone tell me what the main settings are that I should be using in VideoStudio 9 for capturing and saving to DVD. I am after the best quality possible. I'm new to all this and its gone over my head a bit.

I use a Canon XM2. Do I capture in DV1 or DV2. Whats this interlacing and deinterlacing. :
