The mount on the car is just a swivel mount attached to a suction cup (auto dent puller). The camera is a remote "lipstic cam" run back to a DV cam inside the car. I wouldnt reccommend mounting a full camera outside the car in any way. I actually made the video out of boredom one day, and to test out some different camera angles. I was surprised how well it worked. The music is a band called Juno Reactor http://www.reactorleak.com/ I believe they are from your side of the pond.
