All I can suggest is, if you can find a bleep sample, just drop it on one of the spare audio timelines in premiere wherever the swear word is. That's how I'd do it anyway. If actually finding a bleeping sample is what's causing you the problem, maybe have a nosey at http://www.altavista.com/audio/default and see if you can find anything.
