I have just been watching an episode of the Gadget show and they did an item on getting the best out of customer service lines if you need to call them. They featured 3 very useful websites which I have now book marked in my browser. Thought I would share
1st Is a website that lists how to bypass the press 1, press 2 etc and get to speak to a human operator asap.

Last if all else fails email the chief exec of the company and complain to them about the lousy service. I actually did this when I had a problem with TalkTalk a year of so ago. My problem was allocated to a small team who sort out complaints made to him. It worked a treat.
