to be honest raid isn't really needed for standard definition or high definition (hdv) video for that matter. well not in premiere anyway.

any graphics card will do for premiere. at the moment i'm using a Palit nvidia geforce gt9400 (i think).

not top of the range i can tell you but it's perfect for editing.
